We, IdeM. (the “company”), make much account of personal information of our customers and follow the Act concerning "Promotion of Utilization of Information and Communications Networks and Protection of Information". The company informs the way or the purpose that the member’s personal information is used for, and what the company does for the protection of the member's personal information through a Privacy Policy.

■ The Retention of Personal Information and the Period of Use As a general rule, once the purposes of collection and use of the personal information are achieved, it is destroyed without delay. ■ Destruction Procedure of Personal Informaton and Its Way As a general rule, the personal information will be destroyed without delay if the purposes of collection and use of the personal information are achieved. The destruction procedure of personal informaton and its way are set out below.

ο Destruction Procedure The informaton you input for the registration and the like, once the purposes are achieved, will be transfered to special DB(papers go to a special cabinet) according to the reason on the information protection pursuant to the internal policy and legislations related to it, and destroyed after a certain duration of retention.

The informatoin transfered to special DB is used by legislations, otherwise, it is not used for any other purposes. οWay of Destruction Your personal information in the form of electronic files will be destroyed by technical means making the records non reproducible.

■ Provision of Personal Information As a general rule, the company do not provide the personal information to any third party, except as set out below. ο if the relevant individual consents in advance ο if required by law, or if requested by the law enforcement or competent authority pursuant to the procedures and methods of due process prescribed by applicable laws and regulations for the purpose of a criminal or other investigation.

■ The Right of Users and the Legal Guardian and How to Exercise it Users may at any time access, check or correct your registered personal information and also at any time request to withdraw a contract. To check your personal information or correct it, please click on Change Personal Information (or Correct Membership Information). To withdraw your membership, please click on Withdraw Your Membership. You can check, correct or withdraw after the procedure for the identification. You can also contact to privacy officer through a letter, a phone call, or an e-mail then we will respond to your reports promptly.

If you request correction of your personal information, the relevant personal information will not be used or provided until correction has been completed. As for information that was already provided to a third party, the third party will be notified of the results of correction, so that the corrected information may apply as soon as the correction process is complete. The information canceled or deleted by the user's request is handled pursuant to "The Retention of Personal Information and the Period of Use", and is not open or not used for any other purposes.

■ Installation, Use and Refusal about the Device of Personal Information Collection The company uses cookies to save and find information about the members’ accounts. A cookie is a small text file of information about the basic setting of a website, sent by the website’s web server to the web browser of a user of the website, and it is stored in the hard disc of the computer used by you. The company use cookies for the puposes set out below. ο Purpose of Using Cookies We may use cookies to anaylize the access frequency of members and non-members, grasp the preferences and interesting department of users, and provide the target marketing and the customized service by grasping the participation of various events and the access number. οHow to Refuse Cookies You have an option to accept or refuse installation of cookies. ■ Membership Service on Personal Information To protect the personal information and handle the complaints related to it, we have a separate department and a privacy officer in charge of protection of personal information. ο Privacy Officer

You can report any complaint on privacy issues in relation to the use of our services, to our privacy officer or a separate department in charge of protection of personal information, and we will respond to your reports promptly and with sincerity.
