IAT (Independent Accuracy Technology)

Content A new concept of accuracy that grants the maintenance of the machine accuracy, 
independently from the operational conditions.

TARGETS
-Synchronization of the datum system of the machine with the workpiece during machining

-ISOTHERMAL stabilization of the structures. 
Temperature distribution in the structures undergoes a continuous surveillance as 
guarantee of the stabilization system.

-No “active”  thermal stabilization devices (coolers) in Eco Green view as guarantee 
of the maximum reliability (no breaking down of coolers) 

- No re-calibration or subsequent zero setting intervention: 
Accuracy independent from the care with which the machine is used.

- Therefore, even if settings or geometry modifications are made after a long time, IAT 
technology will remain active without need of any intervention.

-Continuous automatic correction of the thermal instability cases, even of asymmetric 
shape (one side more exposed and another less exposed)
